Hi doc/s, pus cells for my baby which is 9.months old is 6-8, can you please suggest what could be wrong?

In urine,I presume? Up-to 5 cells are normal,if he doesn't have any other symptom like increased frequency of urination or distress during passage of urine,just keep him under watch.
