Pulse rate 80 to 90
Dear Doctor, I'm 29 male.. In morning when I'm at work my pulse rate is around 80s to 90s. I take little stress and have anxiety. But at the night when I'm at bed to sleep and calm pulse is at around 75/min I consulted a MD Gen physican and took ecg and other tests such as tyroid, sugar and bp and all were normal. He told to reduce anxiety and stress. Can some caridiologist propose ways to reduce the pulse rate in the morning also as in he night time my pulse is very normal and calm. Thanks in advance

Your pulse rate is in normal range. If you want to reduce it further you need to increase your vagal tone by regular endurance exercise and meditation
