Pulsating throbbing in right uper abdomn

I had a comman hepatic artery anuresm surgery in 2017 by gsv interposition grafting. I was diagonised with SAM. I am doing well since last 3-4 years. Suddenly from last 2 days I am feeling sudden pulsating throbbing feel in the area just below right chest bone.its like something is moving maybe up and down..it is like someone else can also feel it if place his hand there. I also feel like dizziness for a fraction of time. What may be the reason can any one suggest. In my last USG my gall bladder was found with sludge formation and from last few days m having acidity issues and also having some mental and physical stress on my body..let me know which factors are affecting me. Thanks in advance.
