Pulmonary hypertension
My father was having chest pain and troubled breathing whenever he was doing some activity like walking a long distance, and also having a fever feeling from inside along with cough. Doctor prescribed to undergo ECG and Echo cardiography. After analysing the ecg report doc said it is normal, and gave some medicine for the pain. Now the pain has reduced, but rest of the issues are there. The echo cardiography report is mentioning severe pulmonary arterial hypertension. I have attached the report. Please go through it and suggest me what to do. Shall i approach some pulmonologist for proper diagnosis or PAH is not a major issue?
