My daughter is 13 years old but she is having all the symptoms of puberty like hair growth in certain regions, breast development,
pimples,increase in weight,white discharge,brown discharge. but she did not get her periods that is blood from vagina.i am really worried

I can understand your concern. .we know periods mean blood from vagina.
Don't need to worry.
Wait for a few more months, it might just come by itself.
Of it doesn't, take her to a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
