Since birth have ptosis. Have operated approx 20 yes ago but no result of the surgery Can this be cured?

It's not a prper pic . Please share the pic while looking forward,upward and with close eyes as if while sleeping. Also share the level of vision without glasses .and any recent prescription of doctor.
