Actually it depends on the type of surgery to remove it. We have adjunct treatment options available as Pterygium is sometimes recurrent and to avoid that hastle we try and provide an adjunct like mitomycin c and autograft technique along with Pterygium excision for better results and least symptoms post op. Also there are packages of Pterygium excision in Ayushman scheme as well. Let know the details and rest can be discussed
