  3. Prrgnency nasal bone. Is every thing ok?

Ultrasound pic is attached with it. sonographer didn't tell what i asked him and doctor said all is okay. but in try to self read usg I googled and got much tension and worry.Is nasal bone present in baby. And hands are not clearly visible in usg picture. Is every thing ok?CRL is 59 mm 12weeks GA.
