Hello practo user,
Already you are following the best methods. Let me add little flavour to it.
1. Use soft tooth brush
2. Use proper brushing technique
3. Never take tea or coffee or food immediately after brushing. Wait for 20 minutes
4.Gargle after every meal
5. You can floss inbetween the teeth
6. In case of intake of carbonated beverages or lemon juices , just gargle your mouth and wait for 15 min before you take food
7. Avoid smoking and tobacco chewing
8.Dont use high flavoured or dark coloured tooth paste and mouthwashes
9. Avoid using mouthwash for long term
10.Please clean your tongue every day.
Next Steps
1.Visit dentist twice a year.
2. If needed go for professional cleaning ( in six months intervals)
3. If there is any decay, please fill it.
Health Tips
You can use Gumtone to massage your gums or simply massage gums with your fingers daily after brushing to improve your blood circulation
Hope this helps you sir
