Pronunciation problem while speaking.

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am 27 years old. I can not say clarity since childhood. I have a lot of heaviness in my voice. Many people understand less than the word people do not work properly when speaking my tongue so that I can speak, I am fine, but listeners are good Although I do not understand, I have no problem speaking constantly. Maybe I think my tongue is too heavy or too much attached. I am quite upset please advise me.
