I am tahir,i am 22years old .i watched porn videos when i was 15 years.after this i wath pron videos for 1 year then i stop but.but suddenly when i reach at 20 years again i start watching porn.after that i cant quite from it take few steps to stop watching pronographi but i am unable.i really want to stop this bad habit.bcz it puhs me to the destruction .i can understand it but i am helpless . These days whenever i am alone in my rom at nights i tend to watch porn till my sleep time and masturbate .i have been trying myself to control a lot but this porn addiction is eating up lot of my energy and also my productive work time.Please helpe out on this help me to quite this bad habit...

Tahir it would be better that u consult a psychiatrist and discuss the problem in detail and get proper treatment for the same if it's disturbing your day to day life.
