Prominent bronchovaskular marking

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am suffering all the time for allergy and cold (sinus problem) and my doc says to do ige and it is 4900. Now I do xray and it says prominent bronchovaskular marking is it serious... . I attached my all reports please tell me what to do now.
