Prolonged spottings

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My periods started on november 26 and stopped on 3 december and it again started on dec 6 (just a little red spot with white discharge) till date its the same can i take primolut to stop the spotting .(please suggest the dosage ) or else any other medicine which i can take .I dont have thyroide nor do i have pcod or pcos (the reports are all normal (checked in october )
