Asked for Female, 27 Years

From Aug 14 I am taking 21 days cycle pills for prolonged periods.On 14 it was my 5th day of period.But today again my periods started.21 days not completed yet.I have not skipped any.Day before yesterday I was not well,I did vomit just after 5 minutes of taking medicine Please suggest if I should continue medicine or not.
