I have been on my period for around 90 days. I do have pcos, but this time has been worse then normal. I do not have cramps or pain. Sometimes I do have very large clots and heavy bleeding, and at others very little bleeding.

It's possibly due to anovulation...please get a sonography pelvis done and thyroid profile as well ..only that will tell us about your hormonal imbalance ..you will need insulin sensitizer and hormones to control the situation
