Prolonged mensuration
Hi my wife delivered a baby boy in the month of Feb 17th  by csection. Then she had her first periods post delivery on may 25th for 10 days with heavy flow. Then on jul 13th she got her second period after delivery which lasted for about a month but the flow was scarce. Her third period after delivery started on Aug 30th with heavy flow which lasted for 3 weeks and still going on with normal to light flow. She is still breastfeeding. We are worried about the prolonged mensuration. Is it normal for periods to be this much heavy after delivery by csection or should we be really concerned.
