Prolactine 27. 01, Cabgoline 0. 25 sex

I am 29 yrs. I have been regular period and no gyno issue except having retroverted uterus and having Thyroid. I take Thyronorm 50 mg. two months ago we started planning baby... and after that my period got delayed by 7 days, and pregnancy kit showed weak positive on the actual date of period which I missed. but after seven days, it showed negative and heavy period started. Doctor said its spontaneous miscarriage and gave several tests. All tests came normal, TSH 2.46...and Prolactine 27.01. Doctor gave me Cabgoline 0.25 mg once a week for high prolactine. But after the very tablet, my sex drive has declined to zero... I am getting not a single pleasure in intercourse and my vagina is protesting to do that. I am very afraid. Should I discontinue the medicine?
