Prolactin Test

I took my prolactin test in day 24.. attached is the result of same.. before 3 years it was 80 now it has reduced to 35.. still out of range.
Question:
Does the cycle day when I take the test matters ?
Will it have any negative impacts in fertility?

Prolactin test has to be done on doctors advice, not as per your thoughts. It is preferable to do in morning, any day. Also if hidh levels, treatment is required., especially if planning pregnancy. High prolactin can be a cause of infertility.
