Prolactin level is very high
Hi my prolactin level is 63 .... I am continuing with B long tablets..since two days my head feels vry heavy...and I am having a nipple discharge milky to watery discharge since 12th November. Can any doctor please tell me... Is there any cause of worry. What should I do next Also note my ESR level is 40 Plz help me out Tell me the next steps

Do Thyroid function test as well. In all cases of inappropriate milk discharge, TSH should be checked. Thyroid system & prolactin system are inter-related.

Continue taking your B long F , headache and heaviness in head is a common side effect of the medicine which would settle with time. Discharge from nipples is due to high prolactin levels
