  4. Prolactin level high. Level is high?

Prolactin level high
I am unmarried. My periods have become lighter. Got my tests done. Prolactin level 36 ( No discharge from breast). No sugar. No thyroid. No kidney disease. No liver issues. But yes Vitamin D level is 8 ( deficient). Got ultrasound done of my whole stomach. Everything is normal. Then why my prolactin level is high? kindly answer.
