Prolactin is 54ng/ml, taking caregoline

Hi docs, I have mild pcod and prolactin at 54ng/ml. I am taking caregoline 2.5 from 2 weeks (twice a week) and fertisure F daily. Though all my test were perfectly fine. 1st day cycle is 1st June. On 11th I had spotting. Again on 19th n 20th I had spotting very light bleeding. The constipation and insomnia are other symptoms. I don't understand what is happening. Is it implantation spotting or should I see a doctors. What it is . I am desperately planning for baby..
