Profuse bleeding with pain in intervals

Asked for Female, 49 Years

USG scan of pelvis shows a simple cyst measuring 2.0*1.4cms,no evidence of adnexal mass lesion. Impression Thickened endometrium 12.4mm Simple cyst in left ovary. Advised for DNC and biopsy I am unmarried, should I go for it.

Hello there, The cyst size is not worrisome But the endometrium is quite thickened which needs evaluation. Anything above 12 mm with anyday of cycles- needs evaluation. Also hevay Bleeding could be due to perimenopausal age! But evaluation is must
