Procedure after HSG test. At this point.

Hi, I got married 1.5 years back and I started my infertility treatments from this year January. My gynaecology finds no defect in my follicular study and his sperm count and everything.later she advice me to take HSG test and finds there might be block in left tube and no blocks in right tube since there was minimal spill in right side.so she ask me to wait for two months following the day of HSG test.i assume it as wait for finding the tube which gets egg and get ruptured, and also thought of if egg releases on the tube which does not have block may get succeed itseems. I thought of like so.And she also told me if there is no success rates in these two months and go for laproscopic.my doubt is can I have right to say to wait for further more months to take laproscopic or is it really necessary at this point.
