Hello, it is natural to have some sort of restriction in mouth opening after an extraction.
As it has been ten days now, try doing some mouth opening exercises according to your comfort. Also do salt water gargles 3-4 times a day.
Next Steps
The swelling should subside in few more days. Incase your medication course is not over pls do finish that.

It's very common to get swelling after extraction of tooth especially when surgically done . Do warm saline gourgles and cold fomentation . If pain is present then take a painkiller. Hope u must have taken antibiotic course ?? Wait for a week if it still persists then see ur dentist .
usually there is a slight discomfort in the area of extraction as the healing process continues. it takes a while for the complete closure of the extraction socket from where the tooth has been removed. if it was a surgical extraction then a little swelling and difficulty in mouth opening is seen in most of the patients.
Next Steps
so for time being what u can do is do a warm water rinse with a pinch of alst in it for a week like for 2 to 3 times a day. do a little mouth exercise like opening and closing.
