At 25 years of age, comfort is very important. There is nothing medically wrong in wearing any type of undergarment if it feels comfortable and does not cause health issues.
Your discomfort with men’s briefs may be due to:
Rough fabric or poor quality material
Tight elastic causing friction
Excess sweating and skin sensitivity
Wrong size
Synthetic fabric causing irritation
If women’s panties feel softer and more comfortable, it simply means the fabric suits your skin better. From a medical point of view, the key factors are:
✔ Proper support
✔ Good ventilation
✔ No excessive tightness
✔ No friction or skin rash
However, men’s anatomy needs adequate support. If the garment is too tight or does not provide proper support, it may lead to discomfort, sweating, fungal infections, or irritation.
What I Suggest:
1. Try soft cotton or modal fabric men’s underwear.
2. Choose proper size (not tight-fitting).
3. Avoid thick elastic bands.
4. Maintain good hygiene and keep the area dry.
5. If you have sensitive skin, use mild detergent and rinse properly.
If you are comfortable and there is no pain, no rash, no infection, you may wear what suits you. Comfort and skin health are more important than labels.
If you experience itching, redness, burning, or recurrent infection, consult a doctor for evaluation.
Stay comfortable. Stay confident.
