Problem with the size of my pennis.

Dear Sir, I am 24 years of age and am going to marry soon.I am having a pennis like a child.The skin on my pennis didn't go back.My pennis will not be in its actual size and when I try to remove the skin it will be more paining.Please help me to go for any surgery or is there any chance to increase my pennis size.I am fearing about my marriage life.pleae help me in this regard.
