Problem with penis wound. What pls help?

My problem penis wound infection Before 1 month my wife have vaginal infection that is sores and tears she healed after 1 week Then Ulcers or sores appears on my penis foreskin these ulcers or sores bursted becomes wound Know ulcers or sores bursted Becomes wound and pus under the foreskin near tip of penis and ferulum becomes like zigzag or folded  and also  foreskin not retract partiality when i retract fore skin backside I feel pain and I scared From last 1 Montth I am suffering from this problem I all ready consulting MBBS doctor, general surgeon, skin specialist Since from 1 month I am taking medicines and ointment, wound clean with dettol And doctors gave and giving deffent different tablets, injections and ointments Some tell infection and another one called phemosis I don't know what pls help
