Hi I'm 18 male. Earlier my foreskin used to cover the whole glans but now it does cover the glans completely . The tip is always exposed which is uncomfortable. Is this normal? Is this happening because of my age?

Hello. Tight foreskin is a problem. Short foreskin is not a problem. In many religions the foreskin is removed by circumcision in childhood.
