Sir/ma'm,
My age is 24 and I am a male. A year before everything was normal and I had normal sex with my girlfriend. After that I haven't had sex till now. A few days back I realised that I might have the symptoms of erectile dysfunction. I get hard but not able to maintain this hardness and enter my partner. Sometimes I am able to enter but still I am not hard enough and ejaculate very early.. Most of the time I am not hard enough. I have drinking and smoking habits also. I drink almost regularly. Rest everything is fine like no other health problems, no medicines etc. I dont know what to do. If u could help, I will be very grateful to you..thanks

Hi there...Erectile dysfunction may be due to many causes as many physiologic, hormonal, and psychogenic factors are involved in the ability to obtain and maintain erections... most of the times it will be psychological but other conditions like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances and intake of certain drugs can be the cause so these should be ruled out..treatment mainly depends upon underlying cause if its psychogenic counseling with psychiatrist with meditation, yoga etc will help...they may prescribe certain medication as well to maintain erections..if its organic cause it should be dealt accordingly...kindly consult psychiatrists they will do the needful....
