Intake of liquid or water without thirst or when body is not in need itself is a cause for many problems of health. This habit hinders lipids and other essential nourishment absorption in intestine. Always good to follow body urges like when you feel thirst then only drink. Every food time add sufficient amount of water or liquid to pacify your thirst in diet. Moreover whatever you mentioned all symptoms are due to lack of good lipids in diet.
Next Steps
Add sufficient good lipids in diet like ghee butter milk filtered oils boiled (not fried or grilled) nonveg if a non vegetarian.
Health Tips
Apply warm sesame or mustard oil to whole body just before bath daily at empty stomach. This will help your all problems. you can see improvement immediately after application.
