First time We made a plan to have a baby after 1 year of our marriage..and we did all planing according to my wife's Menstrual period ...Her cycle is of 32 days long(regular)..so we have made relation 3-4 times a day...from 14th day of cycle to 17th day of her cycle..as we knew that after 14 days of ovulation the next cycle will start...we have sex many time..her previous cycle had started on 20/06/20...we had sex many times from dated 04/07/20 to 07/07/20...but today on 20/07/20..her period occur...according to my point of her ovulation happened on 14 days before her recent cycle means on 6/07/20...and we did a lot of sex on that day...but no conception..so sir/mam I m so depressed regarding the same...plz suggest me what we should do??...

Hi ,don’t worry ..have sexual intercourse on alternate days from day 10 to day 20 of menses ..need to try for 3 months atleast naturally before proceeding for work up ..start tab folic acid 5 mg once daily ..

Hi. If a couple is having no problem it takes some time for for conception to happen . Please try on alternate days fm day 12 to day 20 for atleast 6 months .
