Tab metrogyl 400mg Three time a day after meals for 5 day.
Tab zerodol sp twice a day after meals for 5 day.
Pantop-D Capsule once a day before meals for 5 day.
Tab ketrolac dt 10 mg after meals (if pain is more ).

Take these medications for five days
1. Pan D once daily early morning empty stomach
2. Augmentin 625 twice a day after meal
3. Metrogyl 600 twice a day after meal
4. Zerodol SP three times per day after meal
5. Ketorol DT

After food :
T. Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day,10 tablets.
T. Metrogyl 400,3 times/day. 10 tablets.
T KETOROL DT, 2 tablets dilute in water and consume followed by single tablet, only if pain.
Empty Stomach or before food:
C. Roles D, once a day, before food, 4 days.

Tab Augmentin 625 thrice daily (Mandatory)
Tab Ultracet thrice daily (SOS)
Tab Pan-D once before food in the morning (In case of gas problems otherwise can be left )
The medication has to be taken for a period of 3 days and if swelling is there then antibiotic course of 5 days
Do get the tooth extracted or have an RCT treatment after getting proper check up of the mouth.
