Problem of sexual abstinence
I'm a 28 year old male. I haven't had sex in three years and sometimes I just take off my boxers and realize it's stained with semen and this happens in the daytime. I had an erection for no reason,it lasted three hours. Had to take a cold shower to make it go down. Is there something wrong with me? Should I be worried?
