Problem of eating fennel after meal
I am 28 years old male. I eat fennel after lunch and dinner and don't wash my mouth. So , my question this will cause any  harm on my teeth ???

Hello No issues in having the same but not cleaning your teeth can cause a problem. Some time they can remain attached or stucked between your teeth. Over a period of time they can become a region of tooth decay as well as gums problem. So my suggestion will be to keep clean your teeth . Thanks

If you chew on fennel seeds for a long period of time,it may cause teeth attrition ( teeth wear)and tmj problem. An alternative for consuming fennel seeds is to powder it and swallow it with water.
