Problem in rectum
I have SRUS,anterior rectocele(1.5cm),posterior compartment prolapse,increased pelvic descent...Met doc(in Kolkata)who said STARR surgery might work well for SRUS but in ODS it wont be much help..More overthe long term rates of the surgery is also not satisfying(Can also cause incontinence).Different docs(renowned colorectal surgeons in Metropolitan cities)are saying diff things..He suggested two surgeries-Permanent colostomy/Ileo anal(J) pouch(Past history of Subtotal colectomy for colon inertia).Sir kindly tell me what shall i do..Im in severe problem.Plz guide me sir.I really need ur help.Please tell me the right way..
