From the image, it may represent a small internal hemorrhoid (pile), skin tag, or a normal mucosal fold. If there is no pain, bleeding, discharge, or constipation, it is usually not serious.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult for further evaluation and treatment plan.
Health Tips
Maintain good hydration, a high-fiber diet, and avoid straining during stools.

Looking at your image, there is a visible small tear or fissure in the inner lining of the anal canal — this is called an anal fissure. It is a very common condition caused by hard stools, constipation, or straining during bowel movements. The swelling you see around it is the skin sentinel tag that forms around a chronic fissure. While it looks alarming, it is generally benign and very treatable with the right approach.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can prescribe the appropriate topical treatment and advise on dietary changes to help the fissure heal.

Hi, this looks like a sentinel tag, commonly seen with a small anal fissure.  It's usually not dangerous and often settles with time.  Keep the area clean, avoid straining, and eat fibre rich food.  Feel free to consult for further guidance.
