Hello doctors. I got covid last year 2 time last on Feb 2022 after that I got some chest tightness and breathing difficulties. So I did hrct, xray pft but all came 100% normal. And my pulmonologist prescribed esiflo inhaler and some deskast tablet for a month. I took it but not complete relief. Then few days back I got bacterial throat infection And my nearby gp prescribed 5 days moxikind antibiotics and it not only cured my throat by my chest also feeling much much better. But still very small discomfort is there. What may be causing it and what is the exact treatment I should take please guide

When hrct and Pft are fine there might not be major issues with your lungs. It can be also due to post covid muscle weakness.
Next Steps
try life style modification and breathing exercises.
