Problem after saw palmetto .
Hi Dr,
I took saw palmetto and beta sitosterol 500 mg to reduce my DHT in 2016 ,
Since then I'm getting sexual problm,
I hv met urologist Dr , he found my testicles are little small in size and volume ( by USG and Doppler test ) my testosterone level is 3.38 ng/ml .
SHBG , diabetes everything in normal range, don't have anxiety , I get erection if I do masturbation,
But d problem is my testicles are small lyk nuts and I don't hv libido , its totally zero, I don't get ejaculation too , its just an one drop,
I'm facing dis problm since I had taken saw palmetto in 2016 May-April , I stopped, but side effects still same ,
Should I go for hCG therapy or TRT ?
Whom should I consult ? Urologist or endocrinologist ?

U better consult an Endocrinologist. Treatment depends on whether it’s hypogonadotropic hypogonadism or primary testicular failure
