Probability of pregnancy?
I had protected sex on 7th day of my period(30 days), My periods were late by 10 days so I took pregnancy test which was negative .. then I took primolut for 5 days and I got down but only for 2 days... After 1week I again took test and it was negative..Now I have slight discomfort in my breast like tingling in nipple from last 4 days..Am I Pregnant?

No you are not pregnant. Firstly you had intercourse on 7th day of your period during ( ovulation doesn’t occur that early as your cycle length is 30 days). Secondly your pregnancy test is twice negative. Thirdly you got your period after taking primulot ( you will not get your period if you were pregnant after taking tablet).
Breast tenderness is seen in the later part of the cycle too due to progesterone harmone.
Next Steps
If it doesn’t decrease consult a general surgeon.
