Pro cancer patient ,severe weight loss

Hi My father was diagnosed with jaw cancer 4 years back 1st stage canver ,he got operated in rajiv gandhi hospital ,doc removed his left side of jaw mostly but left some part and from last 1 year his jaw bone made a hole in mouth skin and become visible Having pus in it he cant eat normal food comes out from his mouthand his weight got severly down in last 2 months his recent weight is 39 kg only i am really worried about him ,i am confuses which specialist should i see for this condition of him what can i do plz suggest
