Hi, I've been suffering from left chest squeezing , neck pain, arm pain ,breathless from few months. Had ECG, echo, tmt, CT coronary all normal, also holter for 3 days normal. What is the chance to could be variant angina? I have difficulty breathing after meal, tiredness, breathless on talking.

If all these tests are normal strongly suggest there should not be any cardiac ailment. Variant angina would have caused changes in your 3 days holter. Look for other causes of these symptoms consult a physician
