My recent test for Anti TPO is 1300 and anti thyroglobulin antibody 170.10. Should I start taking tablets?? I am married and  not planning for kids. Does it affects my daily life if don't take tablets?

Yes. You should be in thyroid hormone replacements if your tsh is high. Thyroid hormone is required for general well being and you may face problems if you do not take medicines.
