  4. Pressure shoots up since August. Help.

Pressure shoots up since August.
Low pressure patient but started shooting up since August as per following- 120/76, 140/96, 130/80, 120/84, 130/90 and pulse is also inconsistent at 84, 84, 72, 76, 72/min. She is also suffering from severe headache and pseudo vertigo. Please help.
