Hi doctor , this is my 3rd pregnancy. 1st one was full term 3.5 kg had Normal delivery, 40 weeks (with high cervical tear immediately shifted ot with anathesia ). 2nd one 4 kg,doctor suggested for c section based on first situation. At 39weeks. Now am 35 week feeling more pressure on my lower abdomen and pelvis vaginal area, am feeling day by day close to labour as early. It's is there any chances of normal delivery. And why the pain accures. Before pregnancy I Don't feel like this. Pls suggest me doctor.

Since you had two previous sections the consultant would go for elective section. Need scar assesment by ultrasound which your dr would do and possiblity of admission and surgery depending on scar.

Previous cesarean shud Ideally opt fr an elective cesarean section after 37 weeks
As there r chances of rupture of previous scar during normal delivery
The presure ur feeling is due to weight of the baby
If u insist on a normal delivery u can get an ultrasound to check scar thickness at 36 weeks
Lews than 5 weeks warrants cesarean more than 5 u may wait for spontaneous onset of labour pains due die risk of svar rupture
