Hello dear patient there are many causes of abortion,not possible to tell in your case without taking history. And regarding myoshine tablets I advice you to wait for few more months before thinking of conception, since your body needs some time to recover.take balanced diet and fruits daily.then think of conception, if it does not help then start taking treatment. There is no shortcut in these matter's ,be patient till right time comes.tc dear.
