Falling of milk teeth start by around 6 year of age and completed by 12 years of age. So it's not premature fall. Don't worry.
Next Steps
If new teeth eruption not seen kindly consult

What’s Normal? Kids usually start losing baby teeth between ages 5-7. They often lose 8-12 baby teeth by age 8-9, as permanent teeth erupt. The lower front teeth (central incisors) and upper front teeth (central and lateral incisors) are usually the first to fall. Is Losing 9 Teeth at Age 8 a Concern? ✅ No, it’s typically normal if the teeth are falling in a natural sequence. ✅ As long as permanent teeth are coming in and there’s no excessive spacing or delay, it’s fine. ✅ Some children lose teeth earlier or faster than others—this can depend on family patterns. What You Can Watch For Permanent teeth coming in normally. No signs of crowding or misalignment (mild crowding is common and may correct itself). Oral hygiene: Make sure your child is brushing twice a day, flossing, and visiting the dentist. Your 8-year-old losing 9 teeth is normal as long as new teeth are coming in.
