Age-28 ,fsh-20,amh-.70,low hormone levels,scanty period,hair fall ,frequent urination .is it possible to increase the no of eggs in ovary

Its not possible to increase the no.of eggs.. AMH 0.7 s low.. If u r planning pregnancy better go for IVF and success of ivf s also not very good.. Or else get a donor oocyte followed by IVF
