Premature ejeculation

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I m 34 yes old married, when I just thinks about the sex sperms starts to come out and after insertion I can't hold myself to ejecculate. Also feels that urine not comes properly and weaknesses. Please advice me how to start treatment and to whom I need to consult.
