Asked for Male, 23 Years

My front part of penis is extremely sensitive,and maybe thats why every time i have sex i ejaculate in even less than 1 min of starting after well foreplay. Once the urge to ejaculate starts i stop doing sex for 30 sec to 1 min but again after starting,urge to ejaculate starts and for all it only lasts upto 3-5 min leaving my partner unhappy and myself ashamed. I masturbate since i was a teen. What should i do as remedy?
