This is a common problem and can be treated. Please reduce alcohol consumption if you are taking it and stop smoking of you are a smoker. You could try pelvic floor exercises and also stop and start technique. You can use local anaesthetic jelly applied to one half of head of Penis. If all else fails there are tablets to try for which you need to see an urologist
